I am he. I have Homesteaded 836 & 848 E. Tudor Road after my friend Ben Rasul and his grandmother passed away. As Ben loved this old building. 15 months I have been trying to clean it up and fix up the last building standing. As I have my belongings stolen repeatedly. My vehicles stolen or sabotaged and Sutter County Sheriff's department has refused to do anything as they seem to have a hands off policy. I have even had Jim Whiteaker the City Council Chairman of Yuba City out here a few times as we were childhood friends but he made me no promises and I have asked for no favors. I am painting the front of the building now.
