Jennifer France works at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ) at the National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL). She is the Team Leader of the Public Information Services Team which manages the office's website, the NVFEL Library, and other public outreach efforts.
