Regions followed
Welcome to my localwiki page. I have authored articles on a variety of topics including pilot boats, sea captains, ship builders as well as biographical entries on artists, politicians, and for California Historical Landmarks.

The whole point of localwiki is in the word "local." It's about places. So when you write an article about a person, it should be in one of the local wiki spaces, not in the main space. Now granted, some of your pages are about people who are hard to place in a single locale, but since people will be looking at local wiki pages, they won't be able to find the pages you're creating.

To create a new region, click on "Explore" at the top of the page. You'll find a search box, and also a map you can look on-- if you see a circle near where your place is, click on the yellow circle, and it will tell you the name of the region that exists there. If the region you want does not exist, you can create it by clicking the "add a new region" button and then giving the new region a short name, a full name, and drawing it on the map. And yes, I can help move your pages from Main to a new region if you create one.
Good luck!
