As the Director of Residential Property Management for Yolo Property Management who oversees operations at the Saratoga West Apartments, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies if you were in any way treated unfairly by our on site resident manager. We have been in the residential property management business for over 20 years and I want you to know that we take customer comments very seriously. We are always looking to better our apartments and I would appreciate a better understanding of the unfortunate event that has taken place. Please know that Saratoga West is an extremely diverse community and that we strive to accommodate all cultures and work to overcome all languages barriers that we encounter.
