Do you have a loved one that is aging and needing help with everyday tasks? Well, the Twin Lakes Community, centrally located in North Carolina, may be able to help you.

The Twin Lakes Community is a licensed and accredited CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) that allows the elderly to live the way they choose, while remaining in a secure and friendly environment. TLC helps take away the worry of home ownership and future expenses that is found frequently in the elderly.

The Lutheran Retirement Ministries of Alamance County, NC, is the primary organization that works with TLC to not only care and comfort the older adults, but to provide a Christian atmosphere that involve worship services, handbells and a choir.

The Vision of TLC is, “building on a tradition of excellence in a rapidly changing industry we seek effective, responsive, and innovative approaches to meet the individual needs of those we serve.”

Twin Lakes Community began in April 1983 by Wade G. and Agnes Cobles, who were both members of the Lutheran Church.
