Kathy's Frietnesse is a legend in Aachen. This snack bar offers some 50 different french fries sauces, ranging from traditional German curry ketchup to more experimental flavors. Besides fries other fastfood such as hamburgers, hotdogs and a good selection of vegetarian fast food is offered.

It's a major food place for party people on Pontstraße.

• The sauce "Au Hur" which is an Öcher word expressing surprise or sometimes also used as a swearword is so hot, that students make it a dare to order it. Usually fries with this sauce are not finished.
