Born Bermondsey, Surrey, England. Died Woodville SA, at the Coach & Horses Inn, Port Road. Smith from 5 Kings Arms Court, Hickman St, Bermondsey, Surrey. Blacksmith, publican; Adelaide, Woodville. Anglican. His 10-month old daughter, Judith, had died in March 1857.
SIMONS, Mrs Joseph nee Jane Catherine Carey (c1818-9/12/1867)
Died Woodville SA, at home Port Road. Daughter of Cornelius Carey. m (2) 17/12/1860 Holy Trinity Adelaide, Nicholas Stevens.
Arrived in SA the Ship Coromandel 1837.
