Hermine Caroline Henriette SCHUETZ [unable to find SAGHS birth] is the eldest daughter of the 2nd marriage of Johanne Pauline WIETH.

From the Succession Statements it is clear that Johanne Luise was leaving her Estate to be divided equally between her 3 daughters & 1 son who were to receive a quarter each of the estate, 55 pound each.  As Martha was the sibling who remained in the family home with her husband [married 1882, so 7 years], it seems that her share ended up being the land worth 200 pound, perhaps Martha paid her siblings out of her share of the estate, which would have been a total debt of 165 pound, or 55 pound to each of her 3 siblings.

These Succession Documents allowed me to find that her older sister Johanne Pauline had remarried for a 3rd time to a Henry DEBOEHR / BUHR in 1890.
