Overview

 Simply Thai is a restaurant located in Elon, North Carolina that serves a variety of traditional Thai dishes as well as a large selection of sushi. The restaurant is in the Timberline Station plaza, which includes the Fat Frogg and C&R Ski Outdoors. The interior of the restaurant has an Asian ambiance with deep red walls, creating a calming dining atmosphere. Simply Thai also has a large outdoor seating area. The restaurant also offers carry-out as well as reservations for special occasions, celebrations, parties, office meetings, and holidays. It serves customers recipes that have been handed down for centuries and aims to satisfy customers with authentic, fresh, and healthy Thai food.

The Menu 

Simply Thai serves a variety of speciality entrees including pad thai, red curry, blackened tilapia, and soft shell crab. They also have a variety of  sushi well as sashimi. Simply Thai has many vegetarian options, especially because most of the soups are vegetable-based. All of the items on the menu are served mild, but are also available in medium, hot, and Thai hot. 

The restaurant offers lunch specials Monday-Friday and they are ranked as moderately priced according to yelp.com.
