Part of a franchised chain, which now -- after many years -- actually has a location in Mongolia.

The format here is "fend for yourself" - you pick up raw ingredients, take them to a large grill, and wait for one of the grilltenders to cook it for you.

Not a great place for conversation. Even when you're not waiting in a line somewhere away from your table, it's pretty loud.

Always packed. Not sure if they take reservations.
