"Cecilia's Pastries" is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Chef Cecilia Mercante makes authentic French pastries and specializes in Parisian Macarons. Cecilia is a native of Paris, France. She trained at the Institut National de la Boulangerie Patisserie in Rouen, Normandie France. Cecilia sold her pastries at the Eastern Market in Detroit for four years before moving to Ann Arbor in 2009.

Cecilia uses traditional, artisanal French pastry-making techniques to make fresh, high-quality pastries from scratch for her clients. She also teaches classes in French pastries and French cooking at her commercial kitchen in Ann Arbor.
