Landmark is a 14 story student apartment tower at 1300 S. University.
During the construction phase, it was known as the 601 S. Forest project.
The project has signed initial leases for retail in ground floor space, including No Thai!, a Tim Horton's, World of Beer and a 7-Eleven.
