The asking price for Nick Easton’s Cavern Club building has been reduced by nearly $500,000, and Easton is willing to offer owner financing to a qualified buyer. Jim Chaconas of Colliers International in Ann Arbor took over the listing this summer, and originally had the price at $2.845 million. Now, it's $2.35 million.

Nick Easton, owner and operator of the Cavern Club complex, at 210 South First St., said he listed the downtown property with Real Estate One - but said he's in no hurry to sell.
