Redbud Nature Area is a 5.11-acre nature area along Malletts Creek that contains the largest concentration of Redbud trees in the park system, hence the name. In the spring there are carpets of bloodroot, wild ginger, and skunk cabbage.

The park is fairly small with only one major trail, but it is quite beautiful with many trees and plants.
