Rick Peshkin is the owner of the Produce Station, and its wholesale operation the Frog Holler Produce Company.

Once he got here, Peshkin worked his way up from being a dishwasher to owner at Indian Summer, a vegetarian, natural-food restaurant downtown. Oddly enough, it was the eventual owners of Indian Summer who had earlier picked Peshkin up as a hitchhiker.
