River's Edge Townhomes (http://university-living.com/RET) is an apartment complex in Ypsilanti Township managed by Pinnacle Management. It is located at 799 Green Road, Ypsilanti MI, on the north side of the Huron River, just north of Eastern Michigan University, off of Leforge Road.

18 residents were displaced in a Feb 2010 fire. "Thirty-three firefighters responded, including ones from Superior Township, Ypsilanti and Pittsfield Township. It took 40 minutes to get the fire under control."
