Robert M. "Bob" Johnson (b. 1937) served as a Democrat on the Ann Arbor City Council, representing Ward 1 from January 2001 to November 2007. He is a professor at Wayne State University's School of Medicine's Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
