Legendary chef Alice Waters was ahead of her time when she opened Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA in 1971 with a commitment to serving dishes made with only organic and locally grown foods. Now, the menu changes daily to offer the best possible dishes with the freshest possible ingredients.
