Mclean Stevenson was born on November 14, 1929 in Normal Illinois. He was most famously known for his role on M*A*S*H, where he played Lieutenant Colonel Henry Blake, and he appeared on the hit show for three seasons. On the show, he refers to his former home town of Normal, Illinois on a few occasions. He is the cousin to Former Gov. Adlai Stevenson, and grandson of Adlai Stevenson who was Vice President to former President Grover Cleveland. Mclean Stevenson died of a heart attack at his home in Los Angeles, CA on February 15, 1996, he was 66 years old.
