Our Daily Bread (ODB) is a delicatessen located on the edge of Appalachian State University's campus on King Street in Boone, North Carolina. It is known for its variety of soups, sandwiches and salads as well as their large selection of beer.

History:
ODB has been open in the mountains for a little over 30 years now. Sam Parker and his wife Jennifer purchase the place in 1998 from previous owners Bob and Judy Mowery.
When inside ODB, you can look across the street to see the historic Mast General Store.
Local college kids as well as those shopping their way through downtown Boone love to stop and eat here.
Menu:
ODB offers a wide variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and beer. Their beer selection is impressive as it contains local and regional brews. They use local ingredients in both their vegetarian and meat eater options. There are many desserts to choose from and complete your meal as well.
