Reading/English as a second language tutoring. Training is provided to certify volunteers. Offers a public awareness program giving an overview of the council, and the screening process or how a student is set up with their tutor. This program consists of three segments featuring the director , a tutor, and a student with each one speaking and answering questions. Web site features adult literacy information.
