University of Illinois at Chicago (also known as UIC and Circle Campus) is a large public university.
Why do some people call it Circle?
Wikipedia says: "The new Chicago campus was originally named the University of Illinois at Congress Circle referencing an nearby interchange of the Congress Expressway and opened in February 1965.[18] (The Circle part of the name referred to the nearby Circle Interchange.) Shortly after opening, the expressway was renamed as the Eisenhower Expressway and the campus was renamed to University of Illinois at Chicago Circle."
