Cold Stone Creamery is a chain of ice cream shops with a franchise location in downtown. They are known for the use of "mix-ins" where the customer chooses various ingredients (cookies, candies, fruit, etc) to have mixed in to their chosen ice cream flavor on a chilled granite slab. There are some standard suggested mix-in flavors that they can create, or you can choose your own combinations. They do this in front of you on a cold stone (in this case they use granite), hence the name. In addition to your standard ice cream fare, they have cakes, milkshakes, cupcakes and more.
