ABOUT
HoneyRun Winery is a winery in Southern Chico. It was started in Butte Creek Canyon 1992 by Amy and John Hasle, and has been at its Chico location since 1995. The winery is known for its sulfite-free meads. Mead is a wine made by fermenting honey, without the use of fruit and without grapes. HoneyRun Dry Mead is a true honey wine. Melomels are wines created by fermenting fruit and honey together. HoneyRun's Blackberry, Cranberry, Cherry, and Elderberry varieties are melomels.
