The Kennedy House (currently the Alpha Gamma Delta House) is a house in the South Campus Neighborhood. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as contributing to the South Campus Historic District in 1991. It is across the street from the Love Boat.
Its original occupant was Guy Kennedy, Annie Bidwell's nephew and Chico's City Attorney.
