Powell's Sweet Shoppe is a relatively newcomer to Chico. Located in downtown between Main and Broadway,the store is part of a small franchise locally owned and operated. See their website for more information.

Powell's contains a plethora of sweets ranging from the typical name brand boxed goods to handmadetruffles, gelato, retro candy and fun toys. Some things spotted in the store include sweet tarts, pillows, wiffle balls, and mad libs.
