Smokin Mo's Barbecue is a restaurant located in downtown Chico. It is a franchise of a Southern California based company. They offer ribs, sandwiches, salads and other barbecue items. In addition, typical barbecue sides (coleslaw, beans, fries, etc.) are served to accompany the entrees. As would be expected at such an establishment, the menu is very heavy on the meat items, without much for the vegetarian customers (except some sides and salads). They do offer catering.

Smokin Mo's is known for their barbecue sauce. When Pommes Frites existed, they served Smokin Mo's sauce with their food.
