2009-04-06 20:30:28   They have been known to break computers with shoddy power supplies, and then refuse to replace the damaged components. Violating county fire codes with improper storage and chaining power strips, and lying to customers about theft, telling them instead that their computers were broken and that they were just thrown out instead. they lack insurance, and most of their employees are largely incompetent. they charge you for "virus removal" which consists of installing free software they received from the internet and running it. If the computer is too infected for these free utilities to remove they will just charge you for a reformat/install.

they do however have unbeatable prices against most of Chico's retail chains like Best buy on most computer peripherals like speakers, DVD drives, cords, and a lot more. They also have a fairly good DATA recovery system that may be able to recover abad hard drive. —67.117.29.178

2009-11-16 15:54:44   NEVER TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!! Even if your life depends on it, find somewhere else.. Anywhere else... Not only did they take a week longer than they said they would, they returned my laptop in worse shape than I dropped it off in. I called the day they said they would have it ready, they hadn't done anything yet.. So I told them I would just come get it... well the "gentleman" on the phone took it upon himself to take apart the computer and then leave the building for the night, offering no further information. They called a few more times, offering no more useful information than they did when I dropped it off: "It doesn't turn on... and it's still in pieces" Finally after a week they decided it might be the motherboard, and told me to just throw it away... but they could charge me further for a bunch more unnecessary things that myself or my boyfriend could easily do at home for free, and that I'm sure would have taken another two weeks. So now the laptop is home, the lights that were flashing before no longer flash, and upon further investigation some of the inner pieces are bent and not re-assembled correctly... I guess I shouldn't say they were "incorrectly assembled" as everything was almost in it's proper place, but it was definitely not assembled with any sort of care. Long story short... Avoid this place at all costs... Unless you like handing over your hard earned money for reasons that you just don't quite understand...

2010-07-23 17:37:50   They were wonderful! "Nathan" The owner is also one of the computer technicians. We had him come to our office to fix several issues. He show up few minutes late but was very enjoyable and over helpful. Which was a change from every other company we've had work for us. He was more than willing to answer all of my and my staffs question. He took the time to "dumb" things down for us which no one else has been either willing or able to do. He was quick and efficient. Multitasking all of our issues simultaneously. Unlike others. For instance, the last people my secretary hired only worked on one computer at a time with little confidence in his voice. Also ran up the clock watching scans and talking on his phone. This experience was completely different. Before I knew it he was done and I felt like a computer expert myself. Not to mention we were only charged for half the time he spent :) I was so impressed I asked if he could come help my husband with a problem he had been having. Lol. Once I explained the issue Nathan new exactly how to fix it and offered to come later that evening after hours for us :) He was a joy. They're now on my speed dial :) 5 stars —97.120.33.180
