The Raw Bar is a Japanese restaurant located in downtown Chico. Their offerings are generally considered less "traditional Japanese" and more "fusion." The menu includes both sushi rolls and entrees. They DO NOT have a full bar-only sake based drinks, beer and some wine. Dining reservations are accepted and recommended since it's small space is generally packed in the evenings, but are not accepted on Fridays/Saturdays.
In addition to sit-down dining, the Raw Bar offers take-out and has catering services available. They also deliver via Entree Express.

2009-08-25 19:05:21 Way to over priced for such puny rolls. quality is decent. only thing they have going for them is service and location. If you want to have a good time for a lot of money go here. If you want an affordable meal with way better quality ingredients, go to Big Tuna or Japanese Blossom —99.163.200.251
2010-07-18 00:06:20 I felt like a sucker eating here. The food was good, but not good enough to justify the prices. —ChiaraBrown
