Mick Fusco brings extensive nonprofit, civic and military experience to flywheel. He has served as a manager/leader in nonprofits executing federal grants that work with homeless populations in the Cincinnati area for the past eight years. He has significant coaching experience, specializing in change management, at all levels of organizational structures. He currently co-leads a consulting business called Segue Strategies which helps organizations increase capacity, efficiency, and guides them through transformation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
