At Cincinnati Works, our mission is to partner with all willing and capable people living in poverty to assist them in advancing to economic self-sufficiency through employment. Using a holistic approach, we offer access to area employers while providing comprehensive support services. As a primarily privately-funded organization, we are able to serve any willing and capable job seekers who are eligible for our program. We are able to serve those who would otherwise be ineligible for other programs (e.g. men, women without dependent children and women without children).
