Fryer Tuck's is a family-owned and operated concession trailer

ion trailer that can be found at the market every week.  They are located in the southeast corner of the market, near Illinois and Vine.  They also appear at some local festivals and sporting events.  Their motto is "good food at a reasonable price."  They come to the market to enjoy people in the community.

They sell a variety of breakfast and lunch items including sausage and eggs muffins, omelettes, french toast, hotdogs, corndogs, hamburgers, and bratwurst.  Their meat products are made with meat produced by Triple S Farms.  They try to buy as many of their other ingredients from market vendors as possible.
