Mabel Bell, 1983
Although a relative newcomer to Champaign, Mrs. Bell owned and operated Bell's Catering Service from 1976-1981. A native of Tuscola, she has lived in Decatur and Blue Mound where her husband was a high school principal. She came to Champaign in 1975 to help raise her sons' children.
