History
While structurally complete in December 2005, the complex still experienced some cosmetic construction up until March 2006. DaVinci was built within 2 miles from UC Davis campus right off the Davis Greenbelt. In January 2014, FPI Management took over in managing the property. Ownership changed in December 2015, and plans to improve both interior units and outside amenities, while FPI continues to manage the building.
