Mike Lay Michael Lay ran for ASUCD Senate under the LEAD slate for the Winter 2007 ASUCD Election. He won. As a current External Affairs Commission chairperson, he currently serves at the Senate table, thus making him one of the most experienced candidates in the '07 race in that regards. In the past he was also the Vice Chairman of the ever influential Internal Affairs Commission. Mike was endorsed #1 by the California Aggie.
