Paul Makley is one of the owners of Tandem Properties, having joined them in 1969. He is currently their Chief Financial Officer.
He served on the board of Valley Energy Efficiency Corporation and was one of the partners Covell Village project.
Makley has lived in Davis since 1971 and has two children with his wife Diane, who is an English teacher in Davis.
