Blogs and Social Networks - Denton

Blog is a made-up word that somehow became real. A portmanteau from the term "web log", it refers to journals on the web. A vlog is a video blog, a curious portmanteau of a portmanteau.

Both blog and vlog may be used as verbs (he blogs, she vlogs, blogging is the new reporting, and so on). Consequently, one who keeps a blog is a blogger; a vlog, a vlogger.

There are many blogs in denton, mostly about the music scene. There are also awkard tumblrs run by anonymous hipsters about denton.
