Chuy's is a well-known Tex-Mex restaurant chain originating in Austin, Texas and recently opened a location in Denton. It has the fluffiest and freshest tortillas you will ever eat, and the food is exquisite. There is usually a wait, but you can always go inside by the bar and eat some chips and salsa. The decor is mostly Elvis, but there is one room with hubcaps on the ceiling.
