Katz's Hamburgers was an independent 1950's style diner restaurant that sold hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken, catfish, and turkey among other things. Much of their extensive menu was homemade, including the beef hamburgers which were freshly ground every morning and the house fries which were made from whole potatoes on premises. They fried in soy oil so everything fried ( except the chicken ) is vegetarian friendly. They offered Dreyer's ice cream for dessert. Orders for pick up could called in.
The restaurant has since been shut down and replaced with the Bowllery, which is owned and operated by the same people who ran Katz's.
