Rooster's Roadhouse is a barbecue restaurant near Fuzzy's and Dan's Silverleaf.   It's just off the square.  They are non-smoking except for the front and back patios (back patio is covered during cold days making it non-smoking).  They offer burgers, (with many a twist), barbecue (smoked in house), and sandwiches, salads, and bar munchies like pulled pork nachos and fried pickles. Rooster's has a special beer draft system that they cover in ice to make the beer come out a nice 29 degrees. They also have a full bar and a couple of wines. Happy Hour is all day and they run different specials for each day on their drink menu. Food is great, staff friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed and humble along with the prices!

They have a burger called the Hell Burger.  One ingredient is ghost pepper sauce.  Ghost peppers are like 1000x hotter than habanero peppers.  Crazy people like to order this.
