- the Springwells Village Development Collaborative (a collaborative also including Greening of Detroit, Urban Neighborhood Initiatives, Southwest Detroit Business Association, Southwest Solutions, and Southwest Detroit Environmental Vision)
- The Springwells Village Townhomes
- The Springwells Village Single Family Foreclosure Program, a program to buy, rehab, and resell foreclosed homes.
