Chairman and founder of Rock Financial and Quicken Loans, Inc. Through his companies, he as bought and renovated several buildings in downtown Detroit. In 2009-11, he has moved many Quicken employees from local suburbs to downtown.
He also is investing close to $1B in developing downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
He uses the Comic Sans font for professional communications.
