Former chief administrative officer for Kwame Kilpatrick. Pled guilty to federal bribery and tax charges on September 12, 2011, for his involvement in the Kilpatrick Enterprise.
His company also received $568,000 from Atrium Financial in exchange for consulting on a pension deal that may loose the city more than $22M. He assisted in a plan where the pension system bought 5 GM warehouses for $44M and planned to lease them back to the company. See: Detroit pension funds.
