A 2007 initiative from Kwame Kilpatrick through the City of Detroit to improve 6 neighborhoods with vacancy rates greater than 15%. NDNI is now structured as a 501(c)3. Offices at 7310 Woodward Ave, Suite 403. The program was started in early 2007.
