An initiative from Dan Gilbert to rebrand an area around Woodward from East Jefferson to Grand Circus Park as a high-tech, creative area. Dan Mullen is helping Gilbert organize the project. Includes the Broderick Tower and Madison Theatre, among other acquisitions.
