This Neoclassic home has a heavy gabled ended roof with full returns at the gable ends. The cornice is fully supported by closelyspaced brackets, applied as modillions. The pediments are highlighted by adaptations of Palladian windows. Two massive dormers with heavy pediments and cornice moldings anchor the appearance of this substantial dwelling. There is exquisite window detail throughout the house. The galleried verandah is supported by graceful columns of the Roman Doric order.
