Tanglefoot Building is an industrial warehouse located at 314 Straight Avenue SW in the SWAN neighborhood. It is primarily the warehouse for Tanglefoot Company, which has manufactured chemical-free pest management products since 1885. The company was founded by William Thum and is named for it's line of sticky fly paper, for which Thum held one of the earliest patents. In 2009, the then 125-year-old company was acquired by Contech Enterprises, based in Victoria, British Columbia.1
