History 

Maxie B's was originally opened here in Greensboro North Carolina by Robin, owner of Maxie B's in the year 1985. They did not open as a bakery though they opened a I Can't Believe It's Yogurt. https://www.maxieb.com/our-story-2. They sold yogurt for about 16 years. The name Maxie B's originated from Robins dog Max who was a wedding present. Later Robin and Lewis added Bitterman to the family, another pug and shortly after Maxine was welcomed.
