Bill's Bus runs between downtown Santa Barbara and Isla Vista on weekends. The bus's schedule leaves Isla Vista three times between 9:30pm and 11:30pm and has multiple return trips between 1:00am and 2:00am.

The service was established in 1991 by William J. Singer, a UCSB student, but was sold to Craig Jenkins, owner of Velvet Jones (a bar in downtown Santa Barbara) in 2004. In 2007, Associated Students and a coalition of bars in Goleta sponsored the service to give free rides to to Zodo's and Old Town Tavern.
