Seven life-size figures are installed on the garage’s exterior wall facing Charles 

Street, retail roof facing Benton Street, and Benton Street sidewalk in a 

procession, reflecting the pedestrian-first values of downtown design. However

lack of shelter from sun and wind, extensive parking lots, few shops and wide

streets mean this work is more of an existential comment on the position of the

pedestrian.
